We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why Serapie offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, simply contact our support team and we’ll guide you through an easy return process.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by region. Free shipping is available on orders above a set value (check promotions on our site).

Can you tell me more about your shipping process?

Can I use Serapie devices with skincare products?

Yes. In fact, many of our tools are designed to enhance the absorption of serums and creams. Always use water-based products unless otherwise specified.
